PCB Fabrication technology has become very advanced. Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) are basically used to mechanically support and electrically connect components. PCB boards are produced for small, medium and high volume productions.

The PCB fabrication process is a detailed procedure based on several steps, rendering extreme conditions. Starting from selecting the required material to panelization, patterning, chemical etching, lamination, drilling, ECP, coating, and finishing then comes the part of testing the PCBs electrically. The material used for PCB fabrication depends on what specifications are provided to the manufacturer, such as; for the flexibility of PCB circuit board Polyamide is used, and if the electronic product is one that produces heat or is placed in high temperatures, then Arlon is used.

Extreme care has to be made to follow the specifications to the smallest detail. If the PCB circuit test results in a negative, the rectification of it is a prolonged procedure and the solution is usually replacement.

The next step is the connection of the electronic components to the circuit boards, this is called PCB Assembly. It is then that a PCB circuit board is said to be complete.

There are companies that manufacture a particular kind of PCB that is an essential part of a particular kind of electronic product. Whereas there are other companies that manufacture custom PCBs and offer a range of Circuit boards. Manufactures have to make sure that they do extensive focus on specifications and testing.
