He is the man with resources that will help you find a land according to your needs. He’ll charge a fee for his services.
He’ll work with the architect in designing the foundation and structure. His inputs are critical to the safety and durability of your home.
He is the home planner, who listens to your needs a lot and designs a home that meets those needs. So, make sure you clearly communicate with your architect. With his experience, he can also help you cut costs on construction.
He is going to make sure that the land that you intend to buy hasn’t any legal complications attached. He’ll also draw up documents of sale and registration.
He is the one, who takes the building contract; and right from organizing labor for construction to arranging equipment and building materials, such as PPC cement, he does it all. His scope of responsibilities varies a lot; so you better decide all this before beginning the work.
He is the person, who will take care of all the wood work required – doors, windows, furniture, etc., – in your home construction.
